Free Shipping, Duties Included (DDP)
Every order at zoxforge.com ships free at checkout. We ship DDP — Delivered Duty Paid: we handle customs clearance and pay all import duties and taxes on your behalf. There are no surprise fees at your door.

United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
Delivery Times (Business Days)
- United States: 7–15 business days
- European Union: 7–20 business days
- United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 7–18 business days
Times are estimates from dispatch and exclude customs holds or carrier disruptions. Pre-order or made-to-order items show their own timeline on the product page.
Address Restrictions
- PO Boxes: DDP service requires a physical address for customs clearance, so we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- Military or APO / FPO / DPO addresses: These are not serviceable under our DDP model and are excluded.
- Remote areas: Some remote postal zones may incur extended transit or be unsupported; we will contact you if so.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email a tracking number and carrier link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate. See our Track Order page for help.
Duties and Taxes
Under DDP, zoxforge bears all duties and import taxes. You pay only the product price — shipping and customs are covered.
