Acceptance of Terms

By accessing zoxforge.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate order and contact information.
  • Prices are shown in USD; applicable import duties are included under our DDP shipping.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, relief designs, product photography, text, logos, and graphics on this site are original works owned by zoxforge and protected by copyright and trademark law. Our designs are created in-house and do not reproduce third-party paintings, religious works, studio characters, or brand trademarks. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute our designs or images without written permission. Purchasing a case does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Reselling zoxforge products while falsely implying an official partnership or authorship.
  • Scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to clone our designs.
  • Using the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
  • Interfering with site security or other users' access.

Orders, Pricing and Availability

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where pricing is erroneous or stock is unavailable. Where an order is cancelled before shipment, we refund promptly.

Limitation of Liability

zoxforge cases are protective accessories and are not guaranteed to prevent all damage from every impact. To the maximum extent permitted by law, zoxforge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction of your residence for consumer protection, and otherwise by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country (including EU, UK, and California consumer law). Disputes should first be raised with us at support@zoxforge.com.
